Academic Counsellor and Coordinator

You will be responsible to provide guidance to student athletes for selection and pursuit of study areas and subjects in line with their liking and potential. The role would entail identifying and coordinating with various institutions of learning for helping student athletes in learning beyond the regular academics as also coordination with academic institutions and staff, preparing and implementing schedules for classes with various tutors and teachers for the student athletes as per their training and tournament schedules. You will work with coaches, educators, parents, performance managers, career counsellors and other such players in the ecosystem of the student athlete to ensure academic education and learning beyond is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

• Have at least Bachelor’s degree
• Have at least three years’ experience in counselling students and academic coordination
• Are strong in interpersonal and communication skills
• Have knowledge of school education framework and syllabi of various major education boards like CBSE and ICSE

Higher Education Placement Officer

Your role will entail working closely with coaches, managers, education placement organization, parents, national & international federations and state/national government sports departments to help our student athletes in exploring and securing higher education options with universities in India and globally, and accredited bodies providing skilling /learning certifications/diplomas as well as scholarships for pursuing sports and academics.

The job role will involve close working with the student athlete to identify areas of interest for higher education and pursuing appropriate learning opportunities. This will involve extensive need to establish strong networks with local and overseas universities admissions office, and be familiar with university admission requirements, processes, and in particular, support for athletes in high performance sports to continue their sports pursuits.
