Manjusha has been 10 times national champion in Badminton. Considered to be one of the most versatile badminton player who could play single, doubles and mixed doubles equally well, she went on to become Commonwealth Games Medallist. Recipient of FICCI Lifetime Achievement award Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharashtra State Award, she has been National Coach for Indian Junior Team and is on the selection committee of Badminton Association of India. She continuously strives for supporting sports talent in her role of Sports Head for Indian Oil Corporation.
