Ajay is the founder of United Shuttlers Badminton Academy (USBA) and has been coaching young talent for over 10 years. His wards have won a total of 119 state titles and have even gone on to represent India at Junior levels. He has led the Thomas cup team for India as the captain and represented India at the World, Asian Badminton and All England Championships. He has been coach for Indian National Team and Chief Coach for Delhi Smashers team in Premier Badminton League. Ajay leads the coaching programs at RISE.
